Achille Vecchi started the ME.CREV activities in Crevalcore(BO) in the field of metalworking and machining, in the early nineties gears manufactering was added, specializing in the Motorcicle field, with the entry in the company  of Paolo and Giuseppe Vecchi, Achille’s sons.

Family tradition and experience  are,therefore, the peculiaritys of the company,with a new passion for the innovation and a complete customer’s satisfaction.

 

ME.CREV.offers complete design  of gears and special trasmission unit following a customer specification, complete construction of quality gears and gearboxes

 The majority of the applications concern the Motorcicle field, the woodworking Machinetools, the Hydraulic Pumps and special quality customer applications.

Separately or in conjunction “islands”with a robots support.

Worthy of mention are the latest arrivals at ME.CREV., the new Gleason Hurt “Gear Honing Machine.ZH 125 CNC.E type”.

The best  quality of the product are guaranted in ME.CREV by the perfect machinery condition,by

the long experience of the operators and by high control standard.

The new  Standard quality system “VISION 2000” is under Implementation, the final

Certification will be in the early part of year 2003.

In the testing departement  the best standard gears control instruments and machine control, are normaly used an mantained in a perfect condition with a periodical calibration programme to assure the most accurates results of the tests.
